Designed to prevent frozen sections from falling or lifting off, moving or wrinkling on the slide during routine and or immunostaining procedures. Provides a sticky membrane when applied to slide onto which the section is placed. Membrane is stable up to 110° C and is suitable for vigorous subsequent applications such as in situ hybridization. Can be effective with PAP/PAAP, ABC, LAB-SA and immunofluorescent methods. : | ||
