Polybead® Carboxylate Microspheres 0.50 μm

Polybead® Carboxylate Microspheres are monodisperse polystyrene microspheres that contain surface carboxyl groups. This allows for the covalent binding of proteins to the microparticle surface. These microspheres are packaged as 2.5% solids (w/v) aqueous suspensions.

Nominal Reference Values:

  • 0.50µm mean diameter
  • 2.5% solids (w/v) aqueous suspension
  • Coefficient of Variance (CV): 3%
  • 3.64 x 1011 particles/ml
